MIRS is a flexible, modular, software that helps businesses combine all of their environmental and safety data management and compliance reporting issues into one easy-to-use system. MIRS covers SARA, AIR, RCRA and NPDES environmental compliance as well as MSDS management and OSHA HAZCOM. • SARA: manage your materials and chemical component data, and comply with your Federal, state and local Tier reporting requirements. FORM R: provides step-by-step guidance to chemicals reportable under SARA Title III, Section 313 (Toxic Release Inventory), and prepares Form R and Form A reports for submission to the EPA. • AIR: provides assistance with EPA Clean Air Act compliance and management of air source and emissions data. AIR addresses Title V of the CAA, which covers air emission permits. AIR module features support the permit application process and demonstrate ongoing compliance with regulations after the permit has been issued. • WASTE: container and manifest management module which handles ‘cradle to grave’ waste tracking and reporting, including manifest, label and biennial report for compliance with the reporting requirements under RCRA subtitle C. • NPDES: tracks National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits and maintains parameter limit and discharge monitoring reports (DMR) for compliance with the reporting requirements under the Clean Water Act. • MSDS: to manage material safety data sheets (MSDSs), disseminate them within your company and / or distribute them, MIRS offers several MSDS solutions. • HAZCOM: assists with OSHA training and safety compliance by helping the end-user track data for the full range of OSHA hazard communication compliance - incidents & events, employee training, illness & injury, including the OSHA Form 301 & Form 300.
