Many of these generate high levels of fine dust and/or toxic fumes.

The Extract-All™ S-DTL-1 is a highly versatile system that allows the operator to collect fumes and dust directly from a single source or two side-by-side stations.

The portable base system comes standard with a polyester cube prefilter, and a high efficiency primary filter. Several other filter options are available for odorous fumes, micro-fine particles, and other pollutants.

Two source capture options are available:

IO-DTL-1 option includes a cover with two 2 1/2 inch diameter inlet collars, two 2 1/2 inch diameter chemical and heat resistant and flame retardant source capture arms which can be manipulated in a variety of positions to allow for direct source capture, and a cap to cover one inlet if only one arm is being used.

IO-DTL-2 option includes a slotted inlet cover with an acrylic hood, which allows the operator to use the system as a downdraft surface.
